I’m Meg and I’m a natural light photographer based in the Nashville, TN area. While pregnant with our second son, I decided to chase a silly dream of becoming a photographer! Eight years later and here I am! Over the years, I have bounced back and forth from being a full-time elementary teacher to photographer. This is partially due to moving to two new states in three years. CA to NV to TN. Yes, my husband and I are a little crazy. I prefer the word “adventurous.” I love working in the classroom, but I still have a creative side that needs to be tapped into. I’m looking forward to jumping back into photography now that my family and I are established in Tennessee. My website remains a collection of my photography with the addition of some personal interests thrown in my blog section. Photography has my heart, but I’m ready to see what else I can offer the world too. My goal with photography is to give my clients beautiful photos with timeless edits that will look beautiful for years and years to come. I hope you enjoy looking through my website and find some photos that speak to your heart!

I’m blessed beyond measure with a husband

who supports me without fail.

We’ve been together for 16 years and married for 11 of them. We have two sons who keep us laughing and crying and feeling all the feels that parenthood inevitably brings. There’s no better way to spend the day than when the four of us are together.

The beach is my favorite place, but truly I just love being outside. Fresh flowers and iced coffee always make my day. I love the simple and beautiful things in life such as a good conversation with a friend or a pretty sunset.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me pretending to be a home improvement DIY-er, reading a book, at my boy’s baseball games, or watching my husband cook!

  • I love appetizers! As in I want to order one of each off a menu and let that be my meal!

  • I love to bake.

  • Tequila is my jam.

  • I love getting my nails done, but hate spending money on them!

  • I’ve always wanted to run a marathon. Maybe one day?

  • I LOVE the beach, but I’m scared to go in the ocean because I’m not very good at swimming.

  • I grew up playing sports, which is one reason I think I was meant be a boy mom! I’ve never been a girly girl.
